National Frontline Worker survey now live

Do you support people experiencing homelessness?

The St Martin in the Fields annual Frontline Worker survey for 2022 is now open and live. This national survey captures views and experiences from staff working across the UK in various roles. They want to hear from:

  • Frontline workers, directly supporting people experiencing homelessness.
  • Paid employees or volunteers working in the public, statutory or voluntary sector.
  • In a role such as outreach, housing, social work, health, or probation.
  • Based in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

How do you think the sector should address homelessness? What have your experiences been of the cost of living crisis for those you support? What’s your experience of frontline work over the past year?

The results of this anonymous survey will amplify the frontline’s voice and provide vital insight into how policy and decision-makers can improve support for people experiencing homelessness and the frontline staff who work alongside them.
