The Future of Outreach is here

 The Glasgow Alliance to End Homelessness have launched their new vision for outreach services in Glasgow, Your Outreach Unified (YOU).

Your Outreach Unified (YOU): Future of Outreach lays out a new vision for outreach, developed by the Alliance team and the wider sector, following extensive work to determine What’s Best for People.

The Alliance’s Service Design team have worked across the sector through engagement events, discussions with the workforce, service visits and consulting the evidence-base provided by academics to create a new vision.

Your Outreach Unified (YOU) was created and chosen as the new name for outreach by members of the Glasgow Homelessness Involvement and Feedback Team (GHIFT).

YOU: Future of Outreach doesn’t signal the start of tender activity but outlines how the Alliance see YOU as supporting people experiencing homelessness through innovation and a joined-up, person-centred service.
